When we arrive:
at your home, you will see our  clearly marked vans. Our technicians are honest, experienced, certified, knowledgeable, friendly, neatly dressed and clean cut. They will first perform a carpet inspection and provide you a written quote for your approval before we do any cleaning. We listen to your concerns and comments and try to ask all questions so we can provide the best service for you.

If we see spots or stains, we will bring it to your attention and let you know if we think they are permanent or not. We will not try to high pressure sell you services you do not need or want. We will make suggestions in areas that might need special attention and to let you know of additional services we provide that may be of benefit.

Cleaning Products Used:
We use only the highest quality cleaning agents that are organic, environmentally friendly,  people and pet safe. Our state of the art cleaning agents use NO detergents or soaps that can leave a sticky residue in your carpets causing rapid resoling. The products are space age polymer technology that continues cleaning even after we are gone..  

Anti Allergen 
 We have plant based products for  clients that may be extra-sensitive or have other allergens that need addressing with our Anti-Allergen line of products.
